Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of the Canyon Lake Sunrooms & Patios website and any estimate, quote or job you get from us. By using this site or asking us for an estimate, you agree to them, so please read them before you reach out.

If you sign a written contract with us for a project, that contract controls wherever it says something different from this page.

What we do

We're a sunroom contractor in Canyon Lake, CA, and we design and build sunrooms, patio enclosures, screen rooms, patio covers and related work for homes in Canyon Lake and the cities around it. You can read more about our crew and how we work on our About page.

The descriptions, photos and examples on this site are general information about the kinds of work we do. They aren't an offer for any specific job, because every house, lot and project is different. We decide what we can build for you only after we've seen the site.

Estimates and pricing

We give free on-site estimates, with no pressure and no obligation. An estimate is our best figure for the work based on what we can see and what you've told us, and it isn't a final price until we put it in a signed contract.

Prices can change if the scope changes, if you pick different materials, or if we find something once the job is open that nobody could see beforehand, like hidden damage to a slab, deck or wall. When that happens, we'll explain what we found and what it costs before we do the extra work, and we'll put any change in writing.

Scheduling and cancellation

We set a start date with you once the contract is signed and any needed permits and materials are lined up. Weather, material deliveries, inspections and permit timing can move that date, and we'll let you know as soon as we know.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, call us at (951) 579-7062 as early as you can. Your written contract spells out any charges for materials already ordered or work already done, along with any cancellation rights California law gives you.

Payment

Your written contract sets the payment amounts, the schedule and the payment methods we accept for your project. Payments are due on the dates or project stages the contract lists.

If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's caught up, and we'll tell you before we do. We'd rather talk it through than stop a job, so call us if something comes up.

Our work and warranties

We're licensed and insured, and we stand behind our work with satisfaction guaranteed on every job. If something isn't right, tell us and we'll come back out to make it right.

Any product or material warranties come from the makers of those products, and their terms decide what's covered. Apart from what's written in your contract and those maker warranties, this website and its content are provided as they are, without any other promises.

Limits on our liability

We aren't responsible for losses that come from using this website, from relying on its general information, or from delays outside our control, like weather or supply problems. To the extent the law allows, our responsibility for any project is limited to what your written contract says.

Nothing on this page takes away any right you have under California law that can't be waived.

If we have a disagreement

If you're unhappy with something, call us or write to us first, because most problems get settled faster in a conversation than anywhere else. We'll look at the issue with you and try to work it out in good faith.

If we can't settle it that way, these terms and any dispute about them are governed by the laws of the State of California, and the matter will be handled in the county where the work was done.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version posted here is the one that applies. If you keep using the site after a change, that means you accept the updated terms.

Changes to this page don't change a contract you've already signed with us.
