About our Canyon Lake sunroom contractor crew
From restaurant kitchens to sunrooms, built the same way
I spent years cooking on the line in restaurant kitchens, then learned this trade working next to a patio and sunroom installer. In 2013 I started our business here in Canyon Lake. Kitchens taught me to prep everything, measure carefully and keep a clean station. I run every job site that way, so the work area gets cleaned up and organized at the end of each day.
In a kitchen you can remake a plate. You can't easily remake a sunroom, so the planning gets the most care. Most of our calls come from homeowners around the lake who want more use out of a patio or deck and want someone to walk them through the POA and city steps before anything gets built. I want you to know what's happening at each step, and I want the room to fit the way you'll really use it. You can see the rooms and patio covers we build on our home page.

What you can expect from us on your job
You see the plan before the first post goes up
We plan every job down to the measurement before we build, so you know the size, the layout and where the room meets your house before work starts. I measure the space at the estimate and write up what I saw, so you have it on paper.
Approvals come first, then the start date
We help you gather what the Canyon Lake POA and your city or county ask for, and we plan the order with you, because one approval often waits on another. Your start date gets set after your approvals come through, so it's based on real approvals instead of a guess.
The person who measured your job stays on it
I come out to measure and talk through the job, and I stay involved while our own crew builds it, so you never have to explain your project twice. When a design calls for stamped plans, a licensed engineer or architect joins in.
Our licenses and insurance, and the rules behind them
Serving Canyon Lake Since 2013
California contractor license
The state's Contractors State License Board requires a license when a project needs a building permit, uses any extra workers, or costs $1,000 or more in labor and materials, and a bigger job can't be split into smaller pieces to get under that line. Licensed and insured.
Canyon Lake city business license
The city requires any contractor or subcontractor doing business in Canyon Lake to hold a city business license, on any job. It runs by calendar year, so it's fair to ask any contractor you're considering whether theirs is current.
Where we work, Canyon Lake and nearby cities
We're based in Canyon Lake and work in Menifee, Lake Elsinore, Temecula and many other cities around it, so contact us if you don't see yours listed.
